There are two tracks of Creative Concepts in Photography for
students, whether you're a digital or film photographer:
Having practiced the technical aspects of photography in previous
classes, this class will focus on concept and composition so that
you can expand your photographic subject matter to creatively
re-examine the idea of an ‘image.' In each class session, we will
address a traditional art-making principle and apply that to the
project for that session. We will experiment with alternative
image transferring methods, story development, and incorporate
multimedia into our projects. By the last session of class,
students will have created a book, an object, or an installation
incorporating all of the topics discussed in class.

Pre-registration is strongly encouraged. Registration may be made online, by mail or in person at CPC during office hours. Fees must be paid in full and in advance. Refunds are not available, except when a class is cancelled.
