In marketing, the quality of a product photograph is important to the presentation regardless of whether the image appears in print or online, in catalogs or advertisements. The better the product is photographed, the better its image can be manipulated for dynamic applications across media.
This workshop will provide an introduction to various approaches to table-top and product photography using a digital camera. Composition, lighting, and necessary equipment will be addressed. Students will also develop business skills as they fine-tune their eye for detail. Class demonstrations and hands-on practice with different equipment, lighting and product arrangements will prepare students to create captivating product images.
Students are encouraged to bring:
1. A digital SLR camera
2. Tripod
3. One or two objects to photograph

Please pre-register so we have enough people to run your class. We reserve the right to cancel any class due to insufficient attendance. Registration may be made online, over the phone, or in person at CPC during office hours. Fees must be paid in full and in advance. Refunds are not available, except when a class is canceled, in which case we offer a credit for another session or class. We do not provide refunds for students who wish to withdraw from a class. We are a non-profit organization and we depend on your support.
